Building Our Monastery
The Monastery of Abuna Hara Dengeel has acquired a 10-acre property in Crandall, Texas. Development of our permanent spiritual and community campus will begin with Phase I improvements and continue through future construction as funding becomes available.

- Monks’ residence, senior care facilities, guest accommodations, meeting and educational spaces.
- Youth theological education and AI/technology learning opportunities, including programs for those in need.
- Farming and beekeeping to support the monastery’s long-term sustainability.
- A dedicated burial area and peaceful spaces for spiritual retreat, prayer, and community life.
