Spaces of stillness
The monastery is envisioned first as sacred space — a place where prayer, chanting, and silence draw people into the life of worship.

We are looking to buy land for the future monastery in the Dallas area. Our next season is prayerful, worship-focused construction fundraising to build a sacred home for liturgy, community, and hospitality.
The Dallas monastery campus is meant to remain worship-focused: a place for prayer, liturgy, hospitality, and spiritual formation. We are preparing for construction as we continue to look for the right land in the Dallas area.
The monastery is envisioned first as sacred space — a place where prayer, chanting, and silence draw people into the life of worship.
Families, clergy, supporters, and pilgrims will gather around a common spiritual home rooted in Ethiopian Orthodox tradition.
Fundraising now supports the practical next steps toward a real worship campus: site preparation, planning, infrastructure, and future building phases.
These are the major phases we are tracking as the project moves from land search to monastery construction.
We are identifying the right property location and moving carefully with prayer and prudence.
Engineering, permitting, utility planning, and practical site-readiness work are being prepared for a future monastery location.
The community raises support for the first worship-focused construction phases and the long-term monastery campus.
